As the President and founder of Integrow Marketing Development (formerly “Complete-e Strategies”), Ron is in charge of business development and strategic planning, while he takes part in the hands-on execution of campaigns, events, promotions and media relations. In recent years, Ron has lead the team in marketing and business planning for both emerging and established companies including Circle Surrogacy, SecTecGLOBAL, IBM, Espro Acoustiguide Group, US West, and Prudential.
In the 1990′s, prior to founding Complete-e Strategies, Ron served as Executive Vice-President of Strategy at IllusionFusion! Interactive, at the time one of the top 25 Web development agencies in the USA. At IllusionFusion!, Ron headed the strategy department, providing strategic planning services to major clients such as John Deere and Fannie Mae, and forging partnerships between IF! and content, technology, and marketing companies. During this time Ron became recognized as an industry expert for his work on channel realignment, multi-party e-commerce models, and e-commerce strategies for traditional retailers.
Earlier in his career, Ron held the position of director of business development and Internet operations at the Hertz Technology Group (NASDAQ: HERZ). Prior to that, Ron has worked as a marketing and business development consultant, a database programmer-analyst, a media adviser and a financial manager.
Ron earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He received his masters in political economy and comparative politics from Columbia University where he has also completed his Ph.D. coursework in political economy.
David Margolis brings to Integrow Marketing over ten years of experience in marketing, public relations and economic development. David has experience developing and implementing integrative marketing and media relation strategies for small to medium size companies as well as economic development agencies and cultural organizations. Most recently David worked on the Circle Surrogacy account. He helped them obtain extensive international media (print, TV and online) exposure as well as increase its customer base by organizing seminars and events in Ireland, Canada, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Norway. Having worked in both Europe and the US, David is used to working within multicultural environments and is fluent in English, French and Spanish, and proficient in Italian.
Previously David held the position of Account Director at DQ Marketing & Public Relations which specializes in lifestyle and tourism PR. Accounts he worked on included the Quebec Tourism Board, the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts and The Just For Laughs Festival. Thanks to his contributions, DQMPR was awarded the 2009 SATW Cushman Gold Award for Destination Marketing (Non CVB) for its campaign “Montreal: An Arts, Fashion and Culinary Destination.”
As former Associate Director at ADERLY, the Economic Development Agency for the City of Lyon, based in New York City, David attracted US Foreign Direct Investment to France as well as implemented media campaigns and organized events to promote French products in the New York area. At ADERLY, David help recruit and coordinate the establishment of the European operations of over 20 US companies including Sunbeam, International Paper and contributed towards the establishment of the direct flight by Delta Air Lines between New York City and Lyon. As Principal at The Pont Group, David implemented marketing and media relation strategies for the States of Oklahoma and Louisiana, helping them obtain international media coverage within publications such as FDI Magazine, Le Tribune and Le Figaro.
David holds a BA in international relations from Tufts University and an MBA in international marketing from Thunderbird, the Garvin Graduate School of International Management.
