SEEKING PART-TIME FREELANCE WEB DEVELOPER / PROJECT MANAGER WITH DRUPAL AND WORDPRESS EXPERIENCE

Integrow Marketing is looking to hire a passionate freelancer to help our existing team and clients with providing or overseeing the provision of all related services: design, back-end development, deployment, training, maintenance and possibly some content management. We are looking for someone with 2-3 years of experience working as a web programmer/designer and project management with experience using open-source technologies such as Drupal and/or WordPress. While we expect the candidate to be skilled and capable to perform most tasks hinds-on, we will encourage the use of third party freelancers (directly or through services such as freelancer.com) to reduce project costs. Therefore project management and the ability to understand and implement business and marketing objectives within specified budget and timeline is critical.  We are looking for someone who is extremely motivated and offers a positive, professional and energetic attitude. This person must be a self-starter and able to work remotely (preferably from within the Tri-State area).

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Reports to the Principal of Integrow Marketing and is responsible for the development, maintenance and updating of a website.
• Take part in budgeting and planning projects at the proposal stage.
•  Suggest third-party execution resources if applicable, manage them and step in when needed to insure on time delivery.

Desired Skills and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree and/or 2+ years work experience doing website design, construction and maintenance.
• Substantive hands-on knowledge and experience with basic open-source technologies such as WordPress and Drupal (please don’t apply if you don’t have such experience!)
• Drupal experience that includes knowledge of creating custom modules is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and experience in meeting budgets and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication and time management skills.
• Must have a keen understanding of web standards, usability and accessibility.
• Experience with social integration (Facebook/Twitter).
• Knowledge of third party e-marketing and engagement services (in particular iContact and Survey Gizmo) is a plus.

Hourly remuneration will be based on experience. Part-time with potential for full time.
